Hope you are getting to eat a lot of turkey and dressing and cranberries. That’s what I’m focusing on. Though we will have sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, corn casserole, cole slaw, sausage balls, Chex mix, and I think someone is bringing mac and cheese. Oh, and pumpkin pies, of course, with real whipped cream. Not that stuff that comes in the tub, which is yummy and easy, but is filled with all kinds of additives. Anyway, whatever it is you need for your best Thanksgiving Day ever, I hope you have it. (And I’m including being with family and friends.) If you’re traveling, be safe, and I hope you have no trouble making all your connections.
We’ll also take time to say what we are especially thankful for. Gratitude is important all the time, but especially now.
I’ve got pics of prior Thanksgivings, maybe two years ago. This year because of Covid, we’ll be outside again. Supposed to have a high of 65 and be windy. Fingers crossed, we don’t blow away.
